Privacy Policy

What MathMentor collects, what it does not collect, and how your family’s information is handled.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

The short version. This website has no accounts, no logins and no database. The enquiry forms do not send your details to us over the internet — they open WhatsApp on your own device with a message you can read, edit or delete before sending. Nothing is submitted until you press send in WhatsApp.

Who we are

MathMentor by JK Sir provides 1-to-1 online mathematics tutoring to students in India and internationally. We are based in Rajasthan, India. You can reach us at admin@mathmentor.co.in or on +91 99287 93096.

Information you give us directly

When you fill in an enquiry or free-assessment form on this site, the form assembles your answers into a WhatsApp message on your device. The fields are the student or parent name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, curriculum, and optionally grade, time zone, preferred class timing and a message about learning goals.

That message is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Once you send it, we hold it in our WhatsApp chat history and use it only to contact you about tutoring and to arrange classes. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we hold that correspondence for the same purpose.

Reviews

The “Write a Review” form on this site is provided by Tally, a third-party form service, and submissions are stored by Tally on our behalf. We read every submission and publish a review on the website only after we have verified and approved it.

Video reviews are hosted on YouTube. We publish a student’s video review only with the written permission of their parent or guardian, and we remove it on request at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-R5Q43G1CB3) to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Google sets cookies and processes technical information such as approximate location, device type, browser and the pages you view. This tells us about traffic patterns, not about you as an identified person, and we do not combine it with your enquiry details.

You can prevent it entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.

Other services this site loads

  • Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and records standard server access logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
  • YouTube serves video reviews. We use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player, and it loads only after you click play — not when the page opens.
  • Google Fonts and flagcdn.com serve typefaces and country flag images.
  • Tally serves the review form.

Each of these receives your IP address as a normal part of delivering its content, and each operates under its own privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

Most of our students are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian make the initial enquiry, and we communicate with the parent or guardian about scheduling, fees and progress. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child without a parent’s involvement. We never publish a student’s full name, photograph, voice or video without written parental permission.

If you believe we hold information about your child that you did not agree to, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep things

We keep enquiry messages and correspondence while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return. Published reviews stay up until you or we remove them. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s own retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, remove a published review, or stop contacting you. Email admin@mathmentor.co.in and we will act on it. Because we hold very little — essentially a chat thread and an email trail — these requests are usually simple to honour.

Depending on where you live, you may have formal rights under laws such as the GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We will honour those rights regardless of which country you are in.

International transfers

We teach students across India, the Gulf, the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Australia and Asia. The services listed above are operated by companies outside India, so information passing through them may be processed in other countries.

Changes

If we change how we handle information — for example when we launch student accounts — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
